To process your bookings smoothly, we collect:

• Identity Data: Name, email address, and phone number.
• Property Data: Physical cleaning address, home access instructions (gate codes, lockbox locations), and specific pet or home preferences.
• Payment Data: Credit card numbers and billing details (all payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party processors like Stripe; Claritte does not store raw credit card numbers on its servers).

B. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data strictly to facilitate your cleanings:

• With Your Contractor: The independent cleaner assigned to your home will receive your name, address, property notes, and access instructions. They are bound by strict NDAs to never disclose or use this data outside of your service.

C. Text Messaging & Communication Opt-In

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS updates (booking confirmations, arrival windows, and reminders) from Claritte. You can reply "STOP" at any time to opt out of text updates.

D. Data Security

We implement standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect data transmission during checkout. While we take aggressive measures to guard your privacy, no digital transmission is 100% secure, and use of our platform is at your own risk.
